The SR. NPI Engineer designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates standard techniques, procedures, and criteria for large projects of modest scope. They determine design approaches and parameters, analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.

About The Role:
  • Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to meet project requirements for new product development or enhancement. (45%)
  • Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. (40%)
  • Determines root cause analysis and testing activities to successfully meet project requirements. (10%)
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards. (5%)
  • Other duties as assigned.
About You:
  • Education: Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering
  • Five to seven years of experience
