Responsibilities

• Lead Guarantee Acceptance Testing and support mould technicians in identifying defects and coordinating claims with the responsible teams.
• Lead root-cause problem solving for mould malfunctions and determine when advanced continuous improvement methods are needed.
• Collaborate with global maintenance teams on mould design improvements, spare parts, supplier topics, claims, and low-efficiency moulds.
• Coach mould repair and cleaning colleagues on troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and process improvements.
• Challenge existing processes to protect mould integrity and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead technical projects and implementations aligned with local initiatives and business priorities.
