The Prime Mexico team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of member acquisition and engagement across segments. You will have an understanding of marketing tools and systems on both a strategic and an executional level. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be focused on understanding customer needs, translating insights into experiments, and run marketing campaigns, scaling up successful strategies. You will own the engagement strategy and drive go-to-market plans across strategic pillars for member retention. You will own high-profile goals and influence other teams to embrace the value of acquiring and engaging new Prime members. Most importantly, you will bring an enthusiasm for marketing and a desire to make an impact on the business.

The ideal candidate will showcase a mix of data analyses and innovation: metrics-driven with strong ownership and marketing experience. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively and communicate clearly and persuasively. You are able to drive excellence within the programs you own, with your colleagues in marketing and product management, and with colleagues across the organization both locally and internationally, including retail, digital, and other partner teams.

1) You will lead and own the marketing strategy for Prime, working along partner teams and ensuring alignment

2) You will determine the channels and communication strategy to generate acquisition and drive engagement of Prime members

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation

  • Bachelor Degree or certificate of completion of studies required.

  • Advanced level in both, English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
