Sr Marketing Automation Sp

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Global Marketing Automation Specialist oversees the alignment, implementation, and advancement of Marketing Automation best practices across Honeywell Building Automation (BA). This role works as part of our Center of Excellence (COE) to help business units grow their understanding and usage of Marketing Automation, while providing a central framework to improve our lead generation and organizational efficiency. The role also involves establishing a solid foundation of operational programs across Marketo and Salesforce.com to ensure accurate data and lead flow.

Responsibilities include managing our Marketo instance structure, leading strategic Marketo projects, being a go-to Marketo expert, optimizing program execution with templates, implementing complex nurture campaigns, optimizing forms, iterating on lead scoring, developing KPIs, and being a primary contact for system issues.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on mentality with extensive experience in Marketing Automation and CRM systems. Marketo experience is essential; Salesforce.com experience is highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns using the Marketo platform
  2. Optimize lead generation and nurturing processes to drive high-quality leads
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  4. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  6. Lead projects to enhance Marketing Automation functionality, lead management, and system scalability
  7. Facilitate strategic Marketo projects including integrations, audits, form structures, email processes, nurture development, data normalization, compliance, subscription management, and lead scoring
  8. Drive global Marketing Automation standards and best practices across regions and teams
  9. Ensure all programs comply with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA
  10. Transform campaigns into an automated nurture ecosystem for Customer Marketing and e-commerce
  11. Assist with email execution, managing requests, agency partners, and QA processes
  12. Demonstrate business impact through increased leads, improved email performance, and better form conversions
  13. Diagnose and resolve issues in Marketing Automation processes
YOU MUST HAVE
  • At least 3+ years of experience managing the Marketo platform
  • Marketo Certified Expert or Professional
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English proficiency
