Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Global Marketing Automation Specialist oversees the alignment, implementation, and advancement of Marketing Automation best practices across Honeywell Building Automation (BA). This role works as part of our Center of Excellence (COE) to help business units grow their understanding and usage of Marketing Automation, while providing a central framework to improve our lead generation and organizational efficiency. The role also involves establishing a solid foundation of operational programs across Marketo and Salesforce.com to ensure accurate data and lead flow.
Responsibilities include managing our Marketo instance structure, leading strategic Marketo projects, being a go-to Marketo expert, optimizing program execution with templates, implementing complex nurture campaigns, optimizing forms, iterating on lead scoring, developing KPIs, and being a primary contact for system issues.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on mentality with extensive experience in Marketing Automation and CRM systems. Marketo experience is essential; Salesforce.com experience is highly preferred.
