Formación

  • 3+ years of experience as a Pyrometry Technician or related role.

As a Pyrometry Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of temperature measurement and control systems. You will be responsible for performing calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pyrometry equipment to support our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in pyrometry will contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations.


You will report directly to our SR QA Eng Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Mexicali, BC location on an On-site work schedule.


In this role, you will impact our manufacturing processes by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of temperature measurement and control systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pyrometry equipment
  2. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of temperature measurement and control systems
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
  4. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement
  5. Maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance

YOU MUST HAVE
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pyrometry Technician or a related role
  2. Strong technical skills in pyrometry and temperature measurement (AMS2750)
  3. Knowledge of calibration procedures and standards
  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
