Title: Sr Manufacturing Engineer - Ramos Arizpe

Main Responsibilities:

1. Establish routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, documentation, quality plans, and labor standards for revisions to current operations or new parts or programs of moderate scope.
2. Support and troubleshoot current operations, investigate, analyze data, and implement solutions.
3. Design operation layouts, improve material flow and presentation.
4. Innovate and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements of moderate scope.
5. Apply electronic tools across various applications, including e-builds, modeling, and simulations.
6. Utilize computer-aided design and engineering tools effectively.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in computer-aided design and engineering tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, preventive maintenance, and facilities.
• Understanding of capital budgeting and equipment justification processes.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Welding process knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

• Welding and fabrication processes.
• GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Assembly process expertise.
• Experience with MPPlanner, SAP, and industrial engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Education:

• Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
