Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Administration required.
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics operations preferred.

About The Role

The Senior Manager will be responsible for generating close relations with the SaaS accounts, developing a solid relationship with them, and avoiding any attrition of the current accounts. This position will also be part of the continuous improvement projects within the TM accounts in Central and North.

What The Candidate Will Do

  1. Support Sales in advanced opportunities when operational input is required.
  2. Develop a more strategic approach with SaaS clients through metrics, analysis, and KPIs based on their operations.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate billing for SaaS clients.
  4. Assist operations in continuous improvement projects to meet or exceed client-assigned operational, service-related, or financial goals.
  5. Analyze cost variables for regular operations.
  6. Implement best practices from clients to other TM operations (reports, Tableau, savings initiatives).
  7. Identify and communicate operational or administrative situations, propose and implement solutions for continuous improvement related to operational processes, associated costs, service, and profitability (help achieve savings through operational efficiencies).
  8. Develop and distribute reports on account performance indicators and team metrics for SaaS accounts or as requested by the TM group.
  9. Thoroughly understand the client contract and its peripherals (SOPs, processes, status documents, etc.) to maintain, propose, and execute continuous improvement opportunities that add value to operations and service for the client.
  10. Provide active follow-up and constant feedback to the operations team on the status of raised tickets.
  11. Generate relevant information and statistics for SaaS accounts (statistics, TMS improvements, initiatives, new products, tickets).
  12. Create a deeper relationship with SaaS clients by defining monthly or bimonthly reviews tailored to client needs.
Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s in Logistics, Transportation or Administration.
  2. Must be proficient in Excel, including macros, queries, interfaces, tables, and pivot tables.
  3. Good data analysis capacity to process large amounts of data and synthesize.
Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bilingual.
  2. Experience in logistics operations of 10+ years.
