Amazon is seeking a Financial Inclusion Products Leader to drive strategic initiatives and product development for their financial services. We are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our Financial Inclusion Products, including our flagship Amazon Access co-branded program and adjacent financial products. This role leads a team of product managers and drives the strategy and execution of Amazon's financial inclusion initiatives across emerging markets. Building on Amazon Access’ successful launch in Mexico, you will expand our suite of financial products and scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and develop a team of product managers and business leaders
- Set the strategic vision for Amazon's financial inclusion portfolio
- Build and maintain high-performance teams through coaching and career development

2. Product Portfolio Management:
- Own the complete financial inclusion product suite, including Amazon Access and future products
- Drive product innovation to serve underbanked populations
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and product extensions
- Establish metrics and success criteria across the portfolio

3. Business Growth & P&L Management:
- Own P&L responsibility for the financial inclusion portfolio
- Optimize revenue streams
- Set and achieve high growth targets for customer acquisition and engagement

4. Strategic Partnerships:
- Negotiate, establish and maintain executive-level relationships with partners
- Align with internal stakeholders across Amazon's global operations
- Drive partnership strategy

5. Regulatory:
- Represent Amazon at senior levels with regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance while maintaining product innovation

6. Innovation & Product Development:
- Drive the product roadmap for next-generation financial inclusion offerings
- Identify emerging technologies and market trends
- Lead innovation initiatives to extend product capabilities
- Guide development of new features and product enhancements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of team management experience
- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel- Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change
- Experience working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering team to meet high-reaching goals
- Proven track record leading teams and developing talent
- Extensive experience in financial services, particularly in emerging markets
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments in multiple countries
- Demonstrated success scaling products across international markets
- Experience managing P&Ls and driving business growth
- Executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels
