Job summary

Flex in Guadalajara, North Campus, seeks a Sr Manager, Finance to lead the controllership function for the Component Services business. This role oversees planning, forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, working capital, inventory, cash management, and reporting, partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive FP&A and controllership experience, strong leadership, and advanced English; CPA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Extensive experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial Finance.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and business partnering.
• Strong ownership of P&L, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash management.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, revenue recognition, and inventory accounting principles.
• Experience in complex multinational and multi-entity environments.
• Advanced ERP (SAP/Oracle), Excel, and financial analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English; CPA, CMA, CA, MBA preferred.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Manager, Finance located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the VP, Finance the Sr Manager, Finance is responsible for leading the financial controllership function for the Component Services business. This role owns financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, working capital, inventory, cash management, financial reporting, controls, compliance, and business partnering activities. The position acts as the primary finance leader for the business, supporting executive decision-making and directing shared service teams responsible for transactional finance processes.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.

• Own P&L, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash performance.

• Provide financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards.

• Support internal and external audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to drive business performance.

• Review and approve business cases, commercial proposals, and investment decisions.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, controls, and reporting.

• Manage and provide direction to GBS teams supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, master data, and reporting activities.

• Coach and develop finance talent while fostering a high-performance culture.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Extensive experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial Finance.

• Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and business partnering.
