Job Description

• Develop and implement digital strategies for the HR department.
• Oversee HR technology implementations and support.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR systems and processes.
• Manage HR technology projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for HR process improvements.
• Train and mentor HR staff on new technologies and systems.

Candidate Profile

The ideal Sr Manager Digital HR Solutions should possess:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing HR technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes, particularly HCM Workday and ServiceNow.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
