Hunter Douglas seeks a SAP/ERP analyst to optimize SAP S/4 HANA and related modules in a collaborative, cross-functional team. You will translate business needs into specifications, support users, and drive continuous improvements across logistics and ERP processes.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder communication, technical problem solving, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Collaborate with IT teams to analyze business requirements and implement SAP solutions.

• Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of solutions.
• Provide functional and technical support to business users and project teams.
• Partner with developers and end users to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Develop deep knowledge of business processes, systems and operational procedures.
• Support user training and continuous education programs.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Follow IT methodologies, communicate project updates and maintain status reporting.

Position Overview

Member of a high performing team focusing on delivering solutions that support business goals and needs through leveraging existing SAP technology investments. Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with respective SAP and Ship ERP modules. Candidate has the ability to apply functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP and bolt on logistics systems to provide integrated solutions. Writes functional requirements and specifications, develops test plans, and works with and resolves production issues. Interacts directly with business and stakeholders to build strong relationships and develop deep knowledge of business processes, needs and pain points. Has the ability to understand business processes and how systems and solutions support and enhance these processes.
