Sanmina is seeking a Business Process Analyst 4 to drive process improvements on the manufacturing line. The role emphasizes mapping current processes, Kaizen, and cost reductions through Lean Six Sigma methods within a high-mix electronics environment.

You will standardize stations, improve visual factory concepts, and collaborate with multiple departments to document changes on the production floor.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in business administration, industrial engineering or electronics.
• 5-8 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and quality tools.
• Proficiency in English (≥90%).

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.
• Kaizen to improve production processes.
• Mapping (VSM) to describe the current condition of process or line, to find opportunities of improvements.
• Advise to document improvements implemented in production floor by different departments.
• Standardization of all stations and structures to pipe structures, give it a radical change at plant image.
• Improve visual factory in assemble stations.

Scholarship

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Electronics.

Experience

5 - 8 years of related experience

Knowledge

• Quality Tools (5s, DMAIC, 6 sigma, Doe, 5 Why, 8D, Poka Yoke).


• Tools Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Jidoka, JIT, Kanban, TPM, Std Work, Cell Manufacturing, SMED).


• SMT Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Trough Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test).


• Mechanical Integration(Top Level).


• Lean Six Sigma


• English 90%.

Activities / Responsibilities
