Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Business Process Analyst 4 to drive process improvements, lean manufacturing initiatives, and cost reduction across production lines. The role involves mapping current processes, Kaizen facilitation, and standardizing station layouts to enhance plant image and visual management on the assembly floor.

The candidate should bring 5-8 years of related experience and a background in business administration, industrial engineering, or electronics.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Electronics.
• Experience: 5-8 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.
• Kaizen to improve production processes.
• Mapping (VSM) to describe current condition and find improvement opportunities.
• Advise to document improvements implemented on production floor by different departments.
• Standardization of all stations and structures to pipe structures, giving it a radical change at plant image.
• Improve visual factory in assemble stations.

Scholarship:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Electronics. Experience:5- 8 years of related experience

Knowledge

• Quality Tools (5s, DMAIC, 6 sigma, Doe, 5 Why, 8D, Poka Yoke).
• Tools Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Jidoka, JIT, Kanban, TPM, Std Work, Cell Manufacturing, SMED).
• SMT Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Trough Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test).
• Mechanical Integration(Top Level).
• Lean Six Sigma

Activities / Responsibilities
