An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented inventory analyst to optimize inventory processes and support ERP testing. In this role, you will review and analyze excess and obsolete inventory, ensuring efficient disposition and reporting. You will collaborate with various departments to minimize excess inventory and enhance system improvements. Formación

  • 1-3 years of MRP skills and inventory data analysis required.
  • College degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

E&O material reviewing / dispositioning

Inventory optimization for different sites

Inventory analyzing and reporting

New Gen ERP testing related

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Review and analyze E&O part list and work with the related departments on disposition of scrap for the parts without any demand anywhere.
  2. Run excess inventory report and work with the related departments on materials transferring to reduce the potential excess inventory.
  3. Inventory reporting and analyzing on specific projects.
  4. Provide necessary support to New Gen ERP testing and respond to new requirements.
  5. Work with upper-level managers on system improvement.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Works in a standard office environment and uses general office equipment (telephone, PC, copier, fax machine, etc.).

SKILLS:

  1. Thorough understanding of SAP or Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  2. Ability to effectively interpret and summarize statistical reports.
  3. Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Excellent computer skills, including accurate data entry and experience with PC applications, such as Word (word-processing), Excel (spreadsheet), and/or relational databases. SAP a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

Minimum of 1-3 years of MRP skills and inventory data analysis.

Desirable:

Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility.

EDUCATION:

Essential:

College / Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience.

Language communication skills will be needed.
