A leading company seeks an HR Leader to strategically align HR practices with business goals. Lead strategically align HR practices and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the Bosch location. This involves acting as a leader, consultant, and advisor to management, understanding business needs, and implementing HR strategies that support the company's goals, developing and retaining talent, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with internal & external regulations.
• Responsible for associates administration at the location.
• Ensure the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in his/her area of responsibility.
• Advise leadership and associates on HR topics, such as benefits and compensation, recruitment, development programs, general services, progressive discipline, and legal compliance.
• Responsible for work environment strategy & survey.
• Coordinate HR Business Partners' core processes and KPI compliance to ensure local strategy achievement and develop employees under his/her responsibility.
• Collaborate and work daily with governance & business unit HR groups.
• Handle audits from customers, government, and others.
• Lead initiatives to reduce, improve, and control turnover and absenteeism rates, in conjunction with the HR Manager.
• Manage legal issues for direct & indirect associates, including resignations, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee personnel administration and services in cooperation with supervisors of each area for direct associates.
• Administer performance evaluation processes & wage scales for associates.
• Coordinate HR Service provider processes (cafeteria, transportation, legal services).
• Ensure that direct associate files are complete and up-to-date.
• Coordinate, review, and approve SAP weekly maintenance activities related to associates, payroll, and related processes.
