Formación

Job Description

Lead strategically align HR practices and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the Bosch location. This involves acting as a leader, consultant and advisor to management, understanding business needs, and implementing HR strategies that support the company\'s goals, developing and retaining talent, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with internal & external regulations.

  • Responsible of associates administration on the location.
  • Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in his/her area of responsibility.
  • Advises leadership and associates on HR topics, such as benefits and compensation, recruitment, development programs, general services, progressive discipline and legal compliance.
  • Responsible of work environment strategy & survey.
  • Coordinates the HR Business Partners core processes and compliance of KPI\'s metrics to ensure local strategy achievement and develops employees under his/her responsibility.
  • Collaborate and work on daily basis with governance & business unit HR group
  • Is responsible for the attention and coordination of audits from customers, government, and others.
  • Lead in conjunction with HR Manager initiatives to reduce, improve and control turnover and absenteeism rates.
  • Administrate legal issues for Direct & Indirect associates, including Resignations, Terminations and Disciplinary actions.
  • Lead personnel administration y service in cooperation with the supervisor of each area for Direct associates.
  • Administrate performance evaluation process & wage scale for associates
  • Administrate and coordinating the HR Services provider processes (cafeteria, transportation, lawyer)
  • Ensure that Direct associate files are always complete and update.
  • Coordinate, review and approve SAP weekly maintenance activities for associates, PA and payroll process.
