Formación

  • Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, especialmente en desarrollo organizacional.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español a nivel profesional.

HR Business Partner

Be a strategic HR partner for the business in Querétaro. Prepare and support the execution of business plans by translating the needs of the company into appropriate HR solutions, actively contributing to the optimization of business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implementation of HR Campaigns: Ensure the effective execution of strategic campaigns and the management of compensation and benefits processes.
  2. Organizational Development: Deploy change processes and organizational development aligned with the company's objectives.
  3. Onboarding New Employees: Manage the onboarding process to ensure effective and positive integration.
  4. Labor Relations: Establish and maintain constructive relationships with unions, managing differences and resolving inquiries.
  5. Collaboration with Leaders: Work closely with managers and supervisors to implement HR processes and propose continuous improvement actions.
  6. Promotion of Ethical Culture & Compliance: Contribute to the development of a strong organizational culture by promoting values and adherence to the code of conduct.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and motivated HRBP with the following characteristics:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Human Resources, particularly in organizational development and labor relations.
  3. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish at a business level.
  4. Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor law.

The ideal candidate should possess behavioral skills such as:

Excellent service attitude, teamwork ability, effective communication, and strong interpersonal and departmental relationships. A focus on customer satisfaction, responsibility, problem-solving skills, adherence to standards, numerical abilities, attention to detail, and organization are also essential.
