Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, particularly in R2R/GL.
• University degree in relevant fields required.

Responsabilidades

Job Title

Minimum Requirements:

1. University degree preferable in Accounting & Finance, Economics or recognized accounting qualification/certifications
2. 3+ years of demonstrated Finance and Accounting experience in area of R2R/GL (General Ledger/Financial Reporting/Fixed Assets)
3. Good understanding of accounting principles
4. Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with deadlines and stress situations
5. Good skills (B2) in spoken and written English as must
6. Practical knowledge of SAP ERP system
7. Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills (functions, pivot table)
8. Ability to work independently with high sense of responsibility
9. Willingness to learn and increase responsibilities
10. Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
11. Strong solving capabilities with an inquisitive mind-set to find solutions
12. Proactivity and strong analytical skills
13. Teamwork and ability to work in changing environment with different cultures
14. Customer focus and excellent communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

1. Previous experience on GL in SSC / BPO sector
2. SAP knowledge would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Statements preparation under IFRS and MEX GAAP
2. External Audit, responsible to deliver all financial information related to the company
3. Record, verify daily operations and business within General ledger activities and local finance support
4. Review of journal entries, calculating provisions related to period-end activities
5. Ensure compliance with company accounting and operational guidelines, as well as IFRS and local statutory GAAP
6. Preparation and execution of month end closing activities for high complex entities, Fixed Assets handling, Balance sheet reconciliation, etc.
7. Checking and analyzing SAP details on an ongoing basis to be able to catch any potential posting errors or process issues
8. Intercompany and loan reconciliations, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
9. Work with local accounting teams to resolve discrepancies, issues and queries for related accounting issues in a timely manner
10. Comply with standards, policies and procedures defined
11. Providing work leadership to medium and lower-level accounting personnel on complex assignments
