A leading company in engineering solutions is seeking a motivated finance professional in Apodaca. You will contribute to key accounting, reporting, and compliance processes within a dynamic multinational environment. This role involves handling month-end processes, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with standards.

We are seeking a motivated finance professional to join our team and contribute to key accounting, reporting, and compliance processes, working in a dynamic and collaborative multinational environment.
Handle month-end close, assets, reconciliations
Post journal entries, accruals, reclassifications
Ensure ledger compliance with policies and standards
Check SAP data for errors or issues
Manage intercompany, loans, variances, corrections
Prepare/review financial reports and statements
Support statutory accounts, tax filings
Work with operations on cost accounting
Coordinate with auditors, provide documentation
Fix control gaps, ensure compliance
Communicate financial issues affecting performance
Guide junior team members on complex tasks
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar
3+ years in Finance/Accounting (R2R, GL, Reporting, Fixed Assets)
Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, assets
Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong Excel and data analysis
Familiar with IFRS or local GAAP
Analytical, problem-solving, good communicator
Ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines
Detail-oriented, accurate under pressure
Eager to learn and grow
Customer-focused, improvement-driven
