The Team

The Product and Engineering Excellence team in R&D IT is looking for a technically skilled Sr Fullstack Engineer.

You’ll be joining a team whose job it is to boost engineering productivity and developer experience. We work across a large engineering group to orient our Products and Services to maximize their outcomes using an iterative Product Management approach.

The Position

You will be part of two of our team's products: a web app that is already operational and a new visualization web app planned for the near future.

Mandatory requirements

Since this is a senior position, we require a solid technical engineer with 8+ years of experience with the following tools:

• Frontend: (one of) React/Svelte with TypeScript
• Backend: (one of) Python (preferably FastAPI), Golang, etc.
• Experience with any SQL Database
• Docker
• Kubernetes

Desirable requirements

• E2E testing experience (Playwright/Selenium, etc.)
• Backstage
• SonarQube (user)
• GitHub Actions

Additional requirements

Strong English communication skills are required.

Positions are open to Mexican citizens and official residents of Mexico.

Location

Guadalajara (hybrid - expect to work in the office 3 days a week). We believe in the power of in-person collaboration to foster bold thinking and inspire innovation. While we expect some in-office presence, we also support flexibility to accommodate individual needs.
