Sr Financial Analyst

Sr. Financial Analyst, responsible for plant Financials. Provide the right tools & training to the plant for proper department & site performance. Lead by example and always be in compliance with company, plant, functional, and government policies, procedures & strategies. Provide technical support to all functions regarding financials. Define processes to be followed in our operation & people to assure site conversion cost, non-conversion cost & cost per unit targets are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Create, support, and lead finance strategies for AOP-SIOP, aligned with plant and regional functions strategies and improvements.
• Define departmental metrics, targets, projects, goals, and objectives and monitor performance, aligned with business, plant, and functional requirements.
• Manage site financials (CPU, conversion cost, non-conversion cost, SRO, inventory, CAPEX, assets).
• Liaison with supply chain, ME, and OPS for demand & NPI requirements for financial assumptions (expenses, investments).
• Responsible for plant NPI from a finance perspective.
• Liaison with external areas to assure financial processes and results (MRO, accounting, payroll, open payments).
• Responsible for finance audits (internal or external).
• Responsible for finance procedures and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Accounting or financial degree.
• 3-5 years in finance area.
• Technical knowledge on finance processes.
• Manufacturing and operations process knowledge.
• New product introduction quotes.
• Costing Excel or finance programs.
• Six Sigma or Lean (trained or certified).
• Communication skills (English-Spanish).
• Solid technical finance background.
