• Proficiency in NetSuite or equivalent ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate monthly and quarterly financial close processes in NetSuite.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash reconciliation, and spend tracking.
• Own and maintain NetSuite financial controls, including workflows.
• Enforce and optimize internal policies for procurement and employee expense management.
• Manage cost center tagging and cost discipline reporting.
• Support audit-readiness initiatives and compliance-related processes.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement in financial operations.

We are looking for a highly analytical and process-drivenSenior Analyst – FinOpsto join our Finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of financial operations across the company. You will lead key workflows related to financial operations, vendor management, budgeting adherence, and monthly close cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and coordinate monthly and quarterly financial close processes inNetSuite, in partnership with external accounting teams.

-OverseeAccounts Payable (AP),Accounts Receivable (AR),cash reconciliation, andspend trackingto maintain accurate and timely financial records.

-Own and maintainNetSuite financial controls, including workflows, general ledger entries, and payment approval hierarchies.

-Enforce and optimize internal policies forprocurementandemployee expense management.

-Managecost center taggingandcost discipline reportingto support department-level financial accountability.

-Supportaudit-readinessinitiatives and compliance-related processes, ensuring all documentation and practices meet required standards.

-Identify and drivecontinuous improvementin financial operations throughautomationand process enhancements.

Education & Experience:

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.

-4–5 years of relevant experience in financial operations or a similar role.

-Proficiency inNetSuiteor equivalent ERP systems is a plus.

-Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.

-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

-Proactive mindset with a drive to improve systems and processes.
