You will partner with plant leadership to drive cost control, budgeting, forecasting, capital projects ROI analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean methods and ERP systems.

Proven ability to partner with plant and regional leadership to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within complex manufacturing environments.Served as a strategic business partner to plant management, providing financial oversight, actionable analysis, and leadership across manufacturing operations, including conversion costs, labor, overhead, logistics, inventory, warehousing, freight, and capital expenditures.
