Grupo Pesado Castro seeks a Senior Finance Manager / Plant Controller to lead manufacturing finance and operational transformation. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance, implement KPI dashboards, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and inventory controls.

The role requires hands-on plant floor involvement, strong cost accounting expertise, and a track record of Lean/CI initiatives that deliver measurable savings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing finance and operations leadership experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost reduction initiatives and plant transformation projects to improve efficiency and savings.
• Partner with plant management to drive financial performance and strategic decision making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, KPI development and performance reporting.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories and variance analysis.
• Provide hands-on leadership with shop floor engagement and finance cross-function collaboration.

Proven ability to partner with plant and regional leadership to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within complex manufacturing environments.Served as a strategic business partner to plant management, providing financial oversight, actionable analysis, and leadership across manufacturing operations, including conversion costs, labor, overhead, logistics, inventory, warehousing, freight, and capital expenditures.
