Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Finance Manager (Commercial) to provide strategic financial support across sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service from our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid schedule.

You will lead a team of commercial finance professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data to drive growth, and develop financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs. You will report to the Sr Director Financial Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.
• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.

Leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

In this role, you will analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability. You will develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. As a senior leader, you will also prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, contributing to informed decision-making.

You will report directly to our Sr Director Financial Services and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.
