ABB busca un/a profesional para liderar la planificación, programación y control de costos de proyectos de automatización de procesos en una empresa global. Tendrá a su cargo la supervisión de cronogramas, costos, ingresos y flujo de efectivo, analizando riesgos y oportunidades diariamente para mantener la ejecución conforme al plan.

Se requiere experiencia con herramientas de scheduling (Primavera/Planisware/MS Project), inglés fluido y una formación en Ingeniería o Administración.

Formación

• 3+ years of related project scheduling experience.
• Experience with scheduling tools: Primavera, Planisware, MS Project.
• Fluent English; French a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• SAP management experience.
• PMI certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, scheduling, and cost control for small to mid-size projects.
• Analyze actual vs forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, cash in/out, and risks.
• Monitor deviations and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
• Ensure each project closes per contract terms with customers.
• Implement continuous improvements from audits.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for small to medium size projects. Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, cash in/out, as well as risks and opportunities. You will also showcase your expertise by monitoring, reporting, and managing deviations proactively.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Process Industries in Merida, Yucatán.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Supervising project execution and performance with well-maintained schedule, cost, cash and risk planning of the individual project.
• Analyzing project requirements and checking that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules.
• Monitoring project progress and regularly analyzing project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan.
• Ensuring that the individual projects are closed as per contracts entered with customers.
• Implement solutions improvements from audits

Qualifications For The Role

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience working with Scheduling tools (like Primavera, Planisware, or MS Project)
• Fluent English. Able to communicate in French is a plus
• Financial project knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• SAP management
• PMI certified is a plus
