Senior Process Engineer

You will lead and optimize manufacturing processes, encompassing the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and/or assembly operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety and profitability.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Identify and analyze areas of opportunity for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other analytical tools.
  • Lead and participate in improvement projects, implementing effective solutions to optimize workflow, reduce variability, and improve quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct recurring process problems.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate periodic reports on process performance, including efficiency, quality, and cost metrics.
  • Use statistical tools for data analysis and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards in all manufacturing processes.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Plan, organize and implement all activities related to the design and/or optimization of the company\'s manufacturing processes, specifically in the areas of manual assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, flow and handling of materials, machining, casting, winding, and others; so that said processes meet or exceed the goals set for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
