Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Senior Graph Database Engineer to design and implement graph data models and production-grade Neo4j environments from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. This remote role collaborates with teams to integrate data sources and ensure scalable graph solutions.

The ideal candidate will optimize Cypher queries, support ETL/ELT pipelines, and work with APIs or event-driven ingestion architectures to connect the graph platform with the Subscription Worker.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j.
• Expertise in graph data modeling, including nodes, relationships, and indexing strategies.
• Proficiency in Cypher query language.
• Experience handling structured and unstructured data sources.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Familiarity with APIs and/or event-driven ingestion architectures.

At Kelly, we are looking for a Senior Graph Database Engineer with extensive experience in Data Engineering, Neo4j, and graph-based solutions to join an important technology project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing graph data models, configuring production-ready Neo4j environments, integrating structured and unstructured data sources, and optimizing query performance and scalability. This role will also collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate the graph platform with the Subscription Worker.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


• Modality: Remote


• Contract: Initial 4-month contract, with the possibility of extension

Key responsibilities:
