Disclaimer: Remote location is applicable to all LATAM, preferably Portuguese speakers.

We are looking for a Sr. Data Analyst who will:

• Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to ensure data quality.
• Automate reports.

Our requirements for this position are:

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related areas.
• Experience with SQL and database manipulation.
• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis and extracting insights.
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and exploratory modeling concepts.
• Strategic thinking and goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with visualization tools.

Additional Skills & Plus:

• Basic experience with Databricks.
• Practical experience with ETL or ELT processes.
• Strong emphasis on data integrity and quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving mindset.
• High responsibility, given the financial nature of our company.
