Position Title: Sr. Customer Quality Engineer - Aftermarket, Wholesale & Distributors Function: Engineering — General Engineering Managerial Level: Professional (individual contributor, 0 direct reports)
This senior role serves as the regional customer quality owner for all Battery plants in Mexico supporting Aftermarket, Wholesale and Distributor customers. The position coordinates customer quality performance, response discipline, problem-solving governance and escalation management across the battery manufacturing network and distribution interfaces, protecting customer satisfaction, warranty exposure, business continuity and the reputation of the Mexico region.
Improved customer trust and faster response discipline across Aftermarket, Wholesale and Distributor channels.
Reduction in recurring claims, PPM, warranty exposure and customer escalations.
Consistent, high-quality 8D responses and verified effectiveness of corrective actions.
Cross-plant deployment of lessons learned and visible improvement in systemic issues.
Recognition as a senior technical advisor for customer quality and problem solving in the Mexico battery organization.
