Formación

  • English proficiency at 80% is mandatory.
  • Experience in process quality and engineering is desirable.

Job Description

Summary: Responsible for receiving and managing customer complaints related to the product assembly or testing process, including initial investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, reporting, and follow-up. Also provides support to corporate regarding our product and manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer complaints.
  2. Conduct root cause analysis and define actions with a multidisciplinary team.
  3. Generate 8D reports post-root cause analysis and follow-up on iCARs.
  4. Coordinate audits and customer visits, and follow up on generated actions.
  5. Follow up and manage RMA (Returned Material).
  6. Receive customer complaints through appropriate communication channels.
  7. Publish customer complaints for staff awareness.
  8. Form a multidisciplinary team to generate an 8D report.
  9. Coordinate root cause search and determination process.
  10. Generate analysis reports to assess risk in other batches/part numbers.
  11. Develop and implement plans to reduce or eliminate customer complaints.
  12. Manage the customer complaints database (QSI and Excel).
  13. Send the 8D report to corporate and provide responses.
  14. Participate in Six Sigma projects for continuous process improvement.
  15. Coordinate and support special customer requirements.
  16. Assist in responding to customer questionnaires.
  17. Propose halting production and/or shipment of finished products for critical issues.
Requirements
  • English proficiency at 80% (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in process quality and process engineering (Desirable)
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Competencies
