Yanfeng seeks a Finance professional in Ramos Arizpe to manage budgets and financial analysis for manufacturing operations. The role requires coordinating annual, quarterly, and weekly budgets and providing management with timely financial information.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Engineering, strong Excel, ERP experience (QAD/Oracle/SAP), and 3–5 years in an automotive environment, with conversational English to interact with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual, quarterly, and weekly budgets.
• Maintain updated records of budget modifications and amendments.
• Analyze financial statements and calculations for analysis.
• Consolidate budget information and revisions in the PHXHFM System.
• Report irregularities detected in account analysis to supervisor.
• Provide financial information and accounting ratios for management.
• Prepare financial reports for management.
• Analyze accounts in financial statements and prepare reports.
• Ensure manufacturing costs are configured correctly and analyze variances in usage, times, units, and rates.

Manage financial resources in accordance with internal and government regulations, as well as provide management with the necessary financial information for decision-making.

• Prepare annual, quarterly, and weekly budgets.
• Maintain updated records of budget modifications and/or amendments.
• Perform the necessary calculations for the analysis of financial statements.
• Verify budget availability and inform requesting units.
• Consolidate budget information and its revisions in the PHXHFM System.
• Report any irregularities detected in the account analysis to the immediate supervisor.
• Provide financial information and accounting ratios.
• Prepare financial reports for management.
• Analyze the accounts that comprise the financial statements and prepare the corresponding reports.
• Ensure that the manufacturing cost is configured correctly and analyze variations in usage, cycle times, units of measure, prices, routes, and rates by cost element (labor, variable, and fixed).
• Support inventory control and management at different levels of information (location, commodity, age, and nature) to mitigate potential losses due to obsolescence, engineering changes, or poor inventory management.
