A global manufacturing consulting firm is seeking a highly skilled engineering professional for the Costs role focused on cost accounting in Cuautitlán, Mexico. The candidate will perform analyses on various parameters like GP, freight, and allowances. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience in cost accounting, particularly in the manufacturing or automotive industry. Formación

• 5 years in Cost Accounting in the Manufacturing/Automotive Industry.
• Fulfill competencies determined for IATF 16949 and ISO 1400.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct client analysis with low GP.
• Perform cost simulation and cost scenario analysis.
• Execute PPV analysis by customer.
• Analyze freight costs in and out by customer.
• Validate savings compared to PPV.
• Prepare quotations and conduct Flat Price Audit Route audits.

Our International Manufacturing Client is actively seeking a highly skilled engineering professional to join their team in the role of Costs. Specifically with a focus on cost accounting. Calculation of monthly GP per customer: (normal production, MVR, consignment, spot-buys) Client analysis with low GP. Cost simulation and cost scenario. PPV analysis by customer. Freight in analysis by customer. Analysis of freight out by customer. Allowance analysis by customer. WL & scrap performance analysis by part number. Analysis of labor and overhead per unit in production orders. Review of quotes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering; Manufacturing, Industrial, or other related.
• 5 years in Cost Accounting. Verifiable Manufacturing/Automotive Industry.

• Search for new suppliers for direct material.
• Validation of savings compared to PPV.
