Job summary

Yanfeng Seating in Ciénega de Flores, NL, Mexico seeks a Sr Cost Accountant to lead plant cost control. You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecast updates, and standard cost maintenance while ensuring accurate monthly closes and cost analyses. Collaboration with international teams is required.

The role requires at least 5 years in cost control, and fluency in English. Experience with CI/ISO BOS and BOM verification is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Review cost data and prepare monthly controlling reports in line with local requirements.
• Close monthly and year-end cycles, verify BOM and margin variances.
• Prepare budgets, analyze cost variances, and support cost improvement plans.
• Audit CI programs and ensure BOS document control and internal audits.
• Maintain BOS procedures and ISO/BOS documentation.

Job summary

Responsible for plant cost control, including planning, forecasting, budget and account management. Responsible for all kinds of cost control analysis, update and maintain standard cost, prepare budget statement. Direct cost accounting as required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing financial cost data to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly controlling reports in line with local, Responsible for financial plan, compared the data between act and plan, ensuring completed the financial budget.
• Complete monthly and year end close cycle, make the application for capital appropriation request, verify BOM, chasing the variance of Margin rate. audit CI program, responded application of CI/CAR/TA/PR.
• Analysis cost variance, MUCU, and production plan
• Reconciliation and complete cost variance report /OPS report and related reports
• Advice and follow Cost Improvement plan
• Follow company internal audit policy, ensure internal audit/BSR
• Optimized the relevant process of the factory, and strictly implemented the approval of all expenses according to BOS
• Update the related files for IATF16949/OHSAS18000/BOS/ISO14000, to ensure the effective operation of BOS document, and constantly perfect the relevant procedure in BOS.

Qualification

Education

At least Bachelor in Finance/Controlling or similar field

Work experience

At least 5 years of working experience, Experience in cost control of group company is preferred
