About the role

We are looking for someone focused on creating high-impact, full-funnel advertising campaigns, who is passionate about copywriting, craft and creativity. You will work in our in-house creative team and be responsible for coming up with disruptive ideas, conceptualising and developing the art for campaigns, as well as visual identities for Nu Mexico.

As a Senior Copywriter you will be expected to:

  • Think, create and write pieces for all channels, with the creative excellence that characterises Nu México.
  • Conceptualise, present and execute creative projects aligned with business objectives and brand positioning. Working closely with an art director, from ideation to delivery.
  • Coordinate and direct external video and writing suppliers, supervising the development of ideas.
  • Have a comprehensive vision of campaigns and projects executed internally or by partners, balancing design and art direction with copywriting.
  • Identify creative opportunities that generate interest and conversation on social media.
  • Present ideas and projects with autonomy and clarity, collaborating with teams from different disciplines: designers, strategists and other marketing areas.}
  • Collaborate with areas such as strategy, influence, PR and product, among others, to ensure alignment in messages, objectives and channels.

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who has:

  • Good communication skills
  • At least 10 years of experience in writing and ATL, BTL and digital advertising campaigns
  • .Experience in creating content for brands on social media
  • Sharp creative thinking and excellent craftsmanship.
  • Portfolio with ideas, campaigns and texts that demonstrate creative thinking and craftsmanship in writing.
  • Interest in trends, conversations and current topics on social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Experience in advising video production companies and dealing with associated suppliers.
  • Ability to present, defend and sell your ideas.
  • Critical and strategic thinking, with a focus on problem solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team and contribute to stakeholders from different areas.
    Intermediate English.

Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
