Candidates should have a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive sector. Proficient communication in English is required, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in areas related to the Automotive Industry.
• Proven experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems.
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written).

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Proven experice in the design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems, as well as leadership and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of process control, automation, and PLC.
• Perform tests and diagnostics to identify faults and propose solutions to improve the performance of control systems.
• Ability to lead work teams and meet established deadlines.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
