We are strengthening our team in Sales & Commercial Management (CMO) at our locations in El Salto.

What you can look forward to as Sr Commercial Analyst:

• Implement best practices for the quote process across all products. Track input, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and adherence to guidelines
• Drive customer profitability tracking from pre-launch to production. Analyze and report results quarterly to improve performance
• Monitor market indices like raw material and FX. Analyze cost versus recovery and aggregate pain/gain summaries
• Manage claim tracking using tools and conduct regular meetings. Collaborate on major claims to improve transparency and reporting
• Oversee pricing budgets and align them with sales and product line strategies globally
• Implement commercial tools, processes, and methods in coordination with product lines and corporate teams
• Collaborate with the Sales Academy on global training initiatives
• Contribute to commercial system improvements and participate in special projects

Your profile as Sr Commercial Analyst:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar position, experience within Automotive Business is a plus
• Collaborative and decision-oriented (interacting with several internal stakeholders, prioritizing activities) across a variety of functions within the product line. Liaison with Division and Corporate as required
• Fullty bilingual- position reports to Europe
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills (driving analysis, deriving insights, making recommendations)
• Leadership and communication skills (cross countries, influencing, intercultural)
• Strong global network throughout all regions and central sales organization
• must have strong background andfinance and accountability
