Credit & Collections activity for Honeywell, aiming to maximize the cash flow and minimize levels of overdue and bad debt whilst maintaining a balanced credit risk across all accounts which falls in line with company policy. Also, to ensure that Annual Operating Plan is fully achieved /surpassed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment of daily activities (individuals or team activities), as well as annual projects, according to the established performance level.
  • New members process training & coaching to support daily activities.
  • Responsible for kaizen process for the team.
  • Contributes actively to the continuous improvement of department’s performance or company’s performance, identifying constantly the opportunities for improvement for own activity and department’s activities (Kaizen ideas in accordance with the objectives of the company) and through coaching techniques.
  • Participation in internal audit, third party, corporate, second party (clients, certification).
  • Performs Gemba walks/5S audits/SOS audits/LSW audits, identifies nonconformities.
  • Drives upstream process improvement collaborating cross-functionally to drive better results.
  • Utilizes LSW daily and revises its content on a quarterly basis.
  • Participates in all necessary meetings for this position (daily Tier meetings level 1, 2, 3 or 4, or weekly/monthly meetings, etc.).
  • Centralizes monthly data regarding department planning and achievements; measures and reports daily department performance.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Financial analysis knowledge
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Fluency in English
