Sr Channel Excellence Specialist
As a Sr Channel Excellence Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a keydriver in developing and implementing channel excellence strategies for theHoneywell Building Automation (BA) business unit. Your role is pivotal indriving growth and maximizing the performance of our channel partners in the Americasmarket. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop andexecute channel programs, initiatives, and incentives that align with ourbusiness objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Channel Excellence Manager and you'llwork out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.
Inthis role, you will impact the success of our channel partners and the overallgrowth of the BA business unit in Mexico City. You will be responsible fordeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners,providing them with the necessary support, training, and resources toeffectively sell and promote our products and solutions. You will also analyzemarket trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growthand improvement.
Key Responsibilities.
• Develop and implement channelexcellence strategies to drive growth and maximize the performance of ourchannel partners
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and executechannel programs, initiatives, and incentives
• Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners toeffectively sell and promote our products and solutions

• Monitor and report on the performance of channel partners and makerecommendations for improvement
