Position Summary

The Sr. Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing and delivering key data and insights to support decision-making across the Commercial area. This role plays a key part in strategic planning by providing actionable intelligence on market behavior, channel performance, and the effectiveness of commercial strategies. The role also owns the control of merchandisers’ budget and Category Management processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation and data-driven planning. The role requires strong experience in tools like Power BI, as well as solid knowledge of NielsenIQ data. SQL knowledge is highly desirable.

Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Power BI / Tableau.
  • Consolidate internal and external data (e.g., NielsenIQ / Kantar & SO) for comprehensive performance reporting.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports aligned with business planning and financial cycles.
  • Translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and actionable visual insights.
  • Conduct detailed market performance analysis, integrating syndicated and internal data.
  • Support commercial and category teams with insights on sell-in/sell-out and promotional effectiveness.
  • Ensure data governance and validation processes to maintain reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee governance and budget control of merchandisers and related processes.
  • Data Governance integration of sell-in/sell-out, inventory, Market and promotional data (like Pricing) into the reporting ecosystem.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business intelligence, with specific exposure to sell-in/sell-out management, Nielsen Discover data usage, and database handling.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Word, with working knowledge of NielsenIQ tools ( Discover).
  • English proficiency of at least 70%.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, work independently, and make data-driven recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Working knowledge of SQL / Nielsen Discover for data extraction and customization.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and integration of commercial data sources.
  • Experience managing reporting governance, performance KPIs, and cross-category analytics.
