Our location in Chihuahua works alongside Lotte's Germany installation, which is a unique and innovative digital lighthouse factory in the field of industrial automation and new technologies, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including manual and automated assembly, various robot systems, CNC systems, and 3D printers for prototype creation. Employees can create their own test setups from a large number of test systems to develop new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consulting in the area of digital factory with a good understanding of the required software stack, creating software system architectures in an industrial environment.
2. Active participation in the strategy planning for IA Digital.
3. Second-level site support for AI / MES / CMMS & OEE solutions (SaaS).
4. Training stakeholders and key users to benefit from digital solutions in daily business.

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or automation.
• Experience in creating software architectures compliant with company policies.
• Understanding of production equipment, their integration methods, and capabilities (protocols, etc.).
• Understanding of production value streams and related KPIs (like OEE, FPY).
• Familiarity with reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau.
• Experience with Python for smaller applications and AI libraries.
• Experience with building AI models for vision applications (e.g., Yolo).
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases and ETL pipelines.
• Experience managing cloud resources in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Willingness to travel worldwide (3-4 trips abroad of up to 2 weeks each, short trips within Europe for 1-3 days, approximately 10-15%).
• Fluent in English.
