Core Responsibilities
- Service desk Be the Go-To Expert – Serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions, providing a personalized and accurate support to our colleagues
- Contact point for employees about HR related questions Own the Experience – Manage and follow up on ServiceNow tickets, ensuring every case is handled with care and closed providing an awesome experience
- Follow up on service now tickets Connect in Real-Time – Provide live assistance through phone, chat, and email — bring solutions to life through every channel.
- Support live channels (phone, chat, e-mail) Shift Left – Help us improve the way we support our people by identifying recurring issues and collaborating on better processes and improving on self service

The LEGO Group Business Service Operations (BSO) is part of the Global established shared service center (BSO) that delivers HR and Finance services to the LEGO Group from 6 locations; Mexico, Kladno, Singapore, Billund, China & Vietnam.
The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in Service Desk or Shared Services.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for talking and online chatting with employees and for providing support.
- Service minded teammate who enjoys working in a diverse team.
- Fast learner who can cope with dynamic work environment with peaks and lively periods, and provides consistent experience with human touch.
- Problem solver who takes initiative to innovate and brings ideas to improve.
- Fully Bilingual
- Entry level
