Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Senior Application Manager for Flavors in Tlalnepantla, Mexico. The role leads R&D and food application engineering, partnering with Sales and customers to bring innovative flavor applications to market.

You will guide Sweet, Savory, and Beverages Labs, collaborate with Flavorists and the Sensory Lab, and drive formulation development to meet business goals. On-site role with opportunities to lead and develop labs.

Join our Flavors team in Tlalnepantla as a Sr. Application Manager, where you’ll lead R&D and food application engineering teams, partner closely with Sales and customers, and shape solutions that bring innovative flavor applications to market. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and develop our application labs while driving technical excellence and customer-focused innovation.

What you’ll do

• Lead the Sweet, Savory, and Beverages Application Labs, providing technical direction, training, and guidance in product development.
• Partner closely with internal and external customers, translating customer needs and new product ideas into creative, application-focused solutions.
• Lead customer presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing innovative concepts and application capabilities.
• Collaborate with Flavorists and the Sensory Lab to validate flavors, develop suitable methodologies, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Drive formulation and product development, creating new formulation systems, specifications, and creative alternatives that meet customer and business requirements.
