Sensient Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist for our Tlalnepantla, Mexico site. You will provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.

You will act as the primary HR contact for leaders and staff, ensuring policy compliance and effective people management. You will lead recruitment activities, oversee payroll transactions, and support onboarding, engagement programs, and HR projects to strengthen our workforce.

• Manages employee relations for union and non-union staff while ensuring labor-law compliance and corporate directives.
• Leads recruitment activities, including approvals, job profiles, sourcing, screening, and coordination with recruiters/agencies.
• Oversees HR and payroll transactions (hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes) with data accuracy.
• Supports onboarding/offboarding, performance cycles, change initiatives, engagement programs, and HR projects.
• Prepares HR reports, facilitates roundtables, and drives HR policy/process improvements.

What you’ll do:

• Provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and benefits.
• Serve as the primary HR contact, advising leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations issues for union and non-union employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate directives.
• Lead recruitment activities, including approvals, job profile management, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with recruiters and agencies.
• Oversee HR and payroll transactions (hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes) while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, performance management cycles, change initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports, facilitate employee roundtables, and drive implementation of corporate HR strategies, policies, and process improvements.

What you’ll bring:

• HRIS experience: Oracle Cloud or similar HCM/HRIS/ATS systems preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages, with strong Excel reporting skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, preferably in Human Resources or a Business- related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
• HR generalist experience of the full HR/employee lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required, experience working with unions a plus.
• Recruitment experience: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, preparing offers and coaching hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently managing employee relation issues.
• Fluency in English.
