Job summary

Genpact is seeking a strategic Service Delivery Manager for Supply Chain & Procurement to lead end-to-end sourcing operations. You will drive transformation through KPIs, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration with category managers, finance and legal.

The role requires strong leadership in supplier management, risk mitigation and value delivery, with a focus on hybrid work and day-to-day operations in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance, MBA or related qualification preferred.

Job Description

Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end service delivery for sourcing operations, ensuring alignment with strategic procurement goals and business expectations. Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance metrics across sourcing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category managers, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of sourcing strategies. Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, risk mitigation, and value delivery. Provide leadership and guidance to sourcing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer‑centricity. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for optimization. Support transformation initiatives and digital sourcing tools adoption to enhance efficiency and transparency.
