The opportunity is part of the People Solutions (HR) Digital Demand & Governance team within the Tech Strategy & Enterprise Solutions pillar of PepsiCo's Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization.
Responsibilities
Your impact:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Change Control Board (CCB) process for People Solutions technologies, including timely review, evaluation, and approval of change requests.
- Organize and facilitate weekly CCB meetings, including agenda setting, meeting documentation, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all changes are fit-for-purpose, aligned with the global HR technology strategy, and compliant with the Enterprise Architecture roadmap.
- Evaluate changes for cross-Global Process Owner impacts and automation opportunities.
- Drive automation efforts to improve process efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Maintain and manage ServiceNow user groups and tickets to ensure proper access and support within SLAs.
- Collaborate with Technology Leads, System Architects, and other teams to ensure People Solutions technologies and projects are desirable, viable, scalable, and sustainable within PepsiCo S&T governance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of IT experience.
- Technical Skills: strong documentation and project management; proficiency in Microsoft O365 tool set (SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, etc.); experience in data flow diagrams; familiarity with technology project lifecycle, deployment, and change management processes; experience in ServiceNow or SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).
- Non-Technical Skills: strategic thinking, ability to manage multiple priorities, initiative, self-motivation and creativity; good understanding of HR and IT technologies; ability to communicate clearly and work with cross-functional teams; strong customer service orientation.
