Your role

Sr Analyst, Fulfillment Strategy & Solutions will drive optimization initiatives across our End-to-End Supply Chain. Your primary responsibility is to provide direction and expertise to the assigned Market(s) Fulfillment team, focusing on Warehousing, Local and International Transportation, to help the Market(s) achieve better profitability, efficiency, and agility.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead Site Strategic Improvement Plan (SSIP) development with an End-to-End vision across the assigned market(s) in alignment with the Global Regional Hoshin Plan.
  • Implement and manage operational excellence mechanisms, Lean & Six Sigma programs, and innovative dynamics based on Baxter Operating System as identified in SSIP priorities.
  • Create, maintain, and govern Fulfillment team process controls (including KPI dashboards) to understand Planning & Fulfillment metrics and drive performance.
  • Coach and mentor Fulfillment team members to enable effective operational performance management and support market governance to improve performance.
  • Own data analytics and use insights to drive decisions.
  • Govern and drive the SC Margin Improvement Program (MIPs), escalating risks to the pipeline and ensuring project ownership and accountability.
  • Support the markets’ improvement project pipeline to minimize Fulfillment costs as a percentage of net sales.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Finance to develop and implement robust budgeting and management processes (e.g., MOR, Long Range Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting).
  • Support recognition schemes that promote a continuous improvement and innovation culture to create the best place to work.
What you'll bring

Qualifications and skills include:

  • Experience in a data-driven insights (analytics) and process optimization role.
  • Understanding of strategy deployment, performance measures, and financial/supply chain platforms.
  • Experience in transportation, warehousing, and international freight improvement projects.
  • Experience engaging with 3rd party logistics providers.
  • Strong ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and corporate business environments with customer engagement.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Process flow redesign, mapping, and data-driven decision making.
  • Root cause and problem-solving skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt certification (desired).
  • Financial acumen and resourcefulness.
  • Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strategic leadership expectations.
