Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Finance Analyst to provide financial support for corporate functions, including operating plan and forecasting, and to act as a key business partner for strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with functional leaders to drive the organization toward financial goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional support, process improvement, and effective communication with management to ensure accurate financial health assessments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• The role requires analytical, process and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP, Power BI and JD Edwards is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with management levels.

• Own Annual Operating Plan and forecasting for the company’s support departments.
• Deploy standard processes, reporting and analytics, cost governance, and business partnership across global workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and implement continuous improvement to financial processes and models.

• Prepare and present monthly financial attainment; lead discussions on financial health.

The Corporate FP&A Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial support and guidance to the corporate functions they support including operating plan and forecasting as well as serving as an integral business partner for interpersonal initiatives. This person will collaborate with functional leaders to drive the organization to deliver financial goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate and provide cross-functional support. Own Annual Operating Plan and forecasting for the company’s support departments
• Deploy, and manage standard processes, reporting and analytics, cost governance, and business partnership across the global workstreams
• Identify, assess, and implement continuous improvement to financial processes and models
• Identify areas of financial risk through proactive and regular collaboration with department heads
• Support preparation of and present monthly financial attainment. Lead discussions regarding financial health of the organization

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or finance. Professional certification such as CPA is also a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance area
• The role requires both theoretical insight and applied familiarity with process management, financial planning and actuals reporting.
• Experience in project management and collaborating with multiple teams required.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems and PC proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Experience with Power BI and JD Edwards are a plus.
• Ability to communicate succinctly and optimally with different levels of management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills; strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable track record of developing strategic partnerships and working with others to accomplish objectives and results.
