Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Finance Analyst in Mexico to partner with business units, drive the annual operating plan, forecast performance, and deliver actionable insights. You will collaborate with functional leaders to ensure financial goals are met across departments and identify opportunities to improve processes and governance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across teams, and experience with planning, reporting, and ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience with financial planning and actuals reporting.
• Experience with project management and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Power BI and JD Edwards familiarity is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate with different management levels with clarity.

The Corporate FP&A Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial support and guidance to the corporate functions they support including operating plan and forecasting as well as serving as an integral business partner for interpersonal initiatives. This person will collaborate with functional leaders to drive the organization to deliver financial goals.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate and provide cross-functional support. Own Annual Operating Plan and forecasting for the company’s support departments

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or finance. Professional certification such as CPA is also a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance area
• The role requires both theoretical insight and applied familiarity with process management, financial planning and actuals reporting.
• Experience in project management and collaborating with multiple teams required.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems and PC proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Experience with Power BI and JD Edwards are a plus.
• Ability to communicate succinctly and optimally with different levels of management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills; strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable track record of developing strategic partnerships and working with others to accomplish objectives and results.
