As a Sr. AI Engineer, you will work on more complex AI and analytics initiatives that require strong technical depth, business understanding, and disciplined execution. You will help identify trends in large data sets, develop reusable solutions, and move ideas from analysis into real-world application. The role is focused on delivering value through Palantir-based data work, advanced modeling, and clear collaboration with Finance and Lead Gen stakeholders.
Partner with Finance and Lead Gen stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI and analytics solutions.
Work on all stages of complex projects across data modeling, data mining, pattern analysis, data visualization, and analytical interpretation.
Build and refine Palantir-based workflows that support data integration, analysis, and insight generation.
Apply machine learning and other artificial intelligence techniques to develop practical solutions for business use cases.
Research and apply existing and emerging data science principles to improve solution quality and business relevance.
Implement analytical solutions into products and service offerings so insights can be operationalized at scale.
Collaborate with technical and business partners to validate results, improve data quality, and support adoption.
Document assumptions, model logic, and implementation details to support maintainability and reuse.
Own the outcome by taking accountability for the quality, reliability, and impact of the solutions you deliver.
Stay close to the business problem by working directly with Finance and Lead Gen partners to remove ambiguity and focus on what matters most.
Use structured experimentation and measurement to compare approaches, validate results, and improve model performance over time.
Improve every day by simplifying workflows, documenting patterns, and applying clear, candid problem-solving when issues arise.

Build solutions with Palantir Foundry and related analytics workflows in a way that supports secure, scalable delivery and long-term reuse.
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8 years of suggested minimum experience in AI, data science, analytics engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience working on complex projects involving data modeling, data mining, pattern analysis, and data visualization.
Hands‑on experience applying machine learning or other artificial intelligence techniques to business problems.
Experience with Palantir Foundry and using enterprise data platforms to support analysis and solution delivery.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical approaches and communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience working with large datasets, data quality considerations, and iterative solution development.
Strong collaboration, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience supporting Finance, commercial analytics, or Lead Gen use cases.
Experience implementing AI solutions into products and service offerings.
Exposure to production analytics workflows, model evaluation, or solution lifecycle improvement.
Experience working in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments where priorities can evolve.
